North Carolina State Little League Baseball and Softball is composed of the State Administrator, District administrators,
and appointed staff, to foster growth and stability within Little League
Baseball and Softball organizations across the Tar Heel State. Our mission is to develop young
athletes through teamwork, sportsmanship, and character-building experiences, while promoting
a lifelong love for the game.
We are committed to implanting firmly in the youth of North Carolina the ideals of community,
fun, inclusion, teamwork and integrity, so they may grow to be well-adjusted, strong, happy, and
trustworthy citizens through their participation in baseball and softball....

Purpose of the North Carolina State Admisistrator, District Administrators and Staff:

North Carolina is dedicated to the following objectives:

1. Balanced Rule Implementation
To provide a consistent and fair application of the Rules, Regulations, and Policies of
Little League Baseball, Inc., for all Little League programs throughout North Carolina.

2. Tournament Success
To ensure the success of the Little League Tournament program by selecting all playing
sites within the Association’s jurisdiction and coordinating with host leagues to ensure
high-quality public exposure for the program.

3. Program Advocacy
To propose beneficial changes to the Southeastern Region Director and/or Little League
International that would improve the operation and administration of the program across
the state.

4. Inter-District Communication & Growth
To build a positive communication network among all districts in North Carolina to assist
one another in solving or preventing issues in program administration, and to promote
expansion into areas not currently participating.

5. Fellowship & Support
To encourage camaraderie, mentorship, and support among District Administrators
through professional fellowship and shared experience.

Together, the State Administrator, the six District Administrator, and the staff  form a unified team of leaders working to elevate youth sports
throughout North Carolina. Guided by a shared vision and strong leadership, we strive to foster
community, ensure competitive excellence, and build a lasting impact through the game of
baseball and softball.
